Maranta Red Vein (like its cousin the Maranta Leuconeura) is referred to as a “Prayer plant” because of the movement of its leaves, rising (as if they were praying) and lowering, following the rhythm of the sun. The pattern on its leaves and most importantly the red veins give the plant its singular beauty.
Place it in a medium to bright, indirect sunlight spot. Water every 1-2 weeks or when topsoil is dry.
Our plants are well established plants, grown in 110mm pots.
* Please, note that plants can slightly differ in color, shape, size.
