Where do you ship?
Due to regulations, we deliver to the following Australian states only: NSW, VIC, ACT, QLD and SA.
* Plant lovers from other states, stay tuned, we are working on it.
Do plants come in their pots?
All plants are sent potted, packed in our custom boxes.
Can I send a plant as a gift?
We could be a little biased but in our opinion, plants make a great gift. Simply fill in the recipient's address in the shipping details form. You can even add a note that Sophie will hand-write and add to the parcel.
Alternatively you can also purchase and offer a gift card which enable the person to choose his or her favorite plants.
What is your number one tip?
The needs and care can slightly differ from one plant to another but one thing is absolutely essential for any of them: good drainage.
You have two options: keep the plant in its plastic pot and find a planter to fit it in (we recommend this option, especially for those who don't have extensive experience) or repot your plant in a planter with drainage holes.
What if my plant arrives damaged?
We have a very easy answer to that question: we fix it. Check our "Happy Customer Policy" for more information.
How to care for my plants?
We include a care card with each plant which tells you its light requirement and how to water it. Feel free to contact us via the website chat, the contact form or on social medias if you need further advice.
What is Afterpay? How does it work?
Afterpay is a service that allows you to make purchases now and pay for them in four payments made every 2 weeks without any interest.
To use Afterpay on our website, choose this payment method at checkout; you will need to register and provide payment details if it's your first time using Afterpay or simply log into your account and complete your order.
