At Youngleaf, we are very proud to offer our customers the best quality plants possible but the job doesn't stop there in our opinion. It is very important to us to know that you are happy with your purchase.

Our goal is to make your whole plant shopping experience enjoyable which means for you not to have to worry about the shipping process or the condition you might receive your plant in.

This is why we always take great care in packing your plants in our custom boxes, to ensure they arrive safely to your door. But more importantly, we make it our responsibility to ensure you receive a happy and healthy plant.

Should your plant arrive damaged, be it due to shipping carrier mishandling, we will fix it; we call it our "Happy Customer Policy". Simply fill out our contact form and join a photo of the plant; we will get back to you shortly and send a new plant your way.

Nevertheless, please remember that plants are living organisms. It can take them a couple of days after the shipping process to be back to their best shape.
